|Description:||Hart Energy is seeking an expert conferences marketing manager to join its global marketing team. Primary responsibility: Directing marketing programs which support Hart Energy's successful Conferences business. Recent upstream petroleum industry experience is preferred, but not necessary - in-depth familiarity with "best practices" in conferences marketing is more important. Global perspective is required and multi-lingual capability is a plus.|
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for event branding, messaging, marketing plans and marketing program management. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding audience development programs (including list acquisition) and supervising creative production processes for marketing materials to attract attendees, sponsors and exhibitors. These include email & direct-mail campaigns, collateral literature (promotional flyer, agendas, show guides) and all other media designed to drive attendee response.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on manager, equally adept at leading project teams and playing varied roles on multi-disciplinary teams. This post offers variety and requires adaptability in the face of continuing growth. You will be seeking to reach diverse, global audiences. You will interface directly with business managers and sales personnel and work closely with other members of the Hart Energy marketing team to ensure marketing for each Conference reaches its budget goals.
